Players are companies who are beneficiaries in production and they want to reduce their costs and increase their income. In particular, in this paper cooperative game theory is used to seek the answer of this question; how process owners are able to work together so that they will be capable of achieving most benefits and least costs while meeting market demand timely. Mathematical programming model which is presented in this paper will capable us, in addition to addressing the answer of mentioned question above, to evaluate coalition stability by using least core method. At the end, we mentioned a real example about three clay bricks companies in order to have a better and more understanding of the presented mathematical modelواژگان کلیدیresources levelling, cooperative game theory, stability, Shapley.
